How long does it take to make my order?
Most orders are ready within 2–5 business days. Each piece is made to order, so production time may vary slightly depending on the product.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times after your order has been made are:
Germany: 2–3 business days
European Union: 7–10 business days
USA: 7–10 business days
UK & Switzerland: 7–10 business days
All orders are shipped with tracking.
Can I order something completely custom?
Yes! If you have an idea for something you don’t see in the shop, send me a message. Tell me what you have in mind and we can create it together.
Can you adapt one of your designs for my celebration?
Yes. If you like one of my designs but would like to change some details to better match your celebration, send me a message and tell me what you have in mind.
What information do I need to provide when personalising my order?
For most personalised products, you’ll simply need to enter the name and age in the personalisation field. If a product requires any additional information, you’ll see it on the product page.
Can I return or exchange a personalised product?
Because every personalised piece is made especially for you, personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me and I’ll be happy to make it right.
What if I need my order by a specific date?
Send me a message before placing your order and let me know the date you need it. I’ll check the timing with you and let you know if I can have it ready in time.
